Where do we go next? Clear Path shows us that there is a way around the aftermath created by the world pandemic. Its in the dark channels that surround the stressed and worn out, metal enforced center of this landscape. There is a champagne mist that hovers over the chaos pushing you to start celebrating a new life. The new trophy is one we cannot hold, it is the victory we will have earned despite the gravest of situations. This industrial substrate hosts iron, copper, dessert sands. Acrylic/latex/spray paints along with manipulated raw burlap and custom textile creations. (professionally framed in metal)

Artist Statement:
Focus, function and flow. I always have a piece that is my primary FOCUS in the studio. I clean, organize, inventory and preserve materials in the studio out of FUNCTION, respect, and financial awareness. I have a section in the studio for mental FLOW. These pieces allow me to learn and clear my mind during the session. In one session these 3 aspects of my process move like music. I work with paint and industrial materials to create multi-dimensional works. I find myself expressing emotions in the space of various traumas balanced with pieces of empowerment, and hope.
